His involvement with our property stands in stark contrast with the service we received from our previous property manager. The interactions with them were always impersonal. It felt as though nobody there had a name. It did not help that maintenance requests were handled from a distance and over time more instances occurred where they did not have a vendor leaving it up to me to find someone to do the work.
